This is the full All 22 Football roster builder. Twenty-two slots, every Pokémon from all nine generations, live position grades, and a 17-game season simulation at the end. Nothing is hidden behind a sign-up — the board below is the whole game.
How to use the all-22 roster builder
- Tap any slot on the board to select that position. Empty slots glow; filled slots show the current starter and grade.
- Search or scroll the player pool on the right. The pool is sorted by fit for the position you selected, so the best available bodies are at the top.
- Drop a player in and watch the scoreboard. Offense and defense grades update instantly, and the filled counter tracks how many of the 22 jobs are done.
- Use the generation filter to lock a theme — Gen 1 for the original 151, or all generations for the strongest possible board.
- Press Simulate the season when all 22 slots are green. You will get a 17-game record, the week-by-week results, and a share card.
The 22 starting positions
| Unit | Slots | Positions |
|---|---|---|
| Offense | 11 | QB, RB, WR1, WR2, TE, LT, LG, C, RG, RT, K |
| Defense | 11 | LE, DT1, DT2, RE, LOLB, MLB, ROLB, CB1, CB2, FS, SS |
That is the same structure broadcast crews use when they break down a team: 11 on offense, 11 on defense, and no hidden extra jobs — if a slot is on the board it is graded, and if it is not on the board it does not exist.
Why grades beat big names
The builder hands out grades on fit, not fame. A legendary special attacker with a 40 kg frame is a nightmare in the slot and a serious liability at left guard, because mass and balance decide the interior. Conversely, an unglamorous 200 kg body that nobody drafts early is an elite nose tackle. If your board is full of highlights and still losing, the grade column is the reason — one of your 22 jobs is being played by the wrong body.

Save, share and compare
Finished boards are exportable as lineup cards: 22 names in position order, your offensive and defensive grades, and your final record. Post it, send it to a friend, or keep it as the baseline your next board has to beat. Published boards show up in the community wall on the home page.
