This privacy policy applies to the All 22 Football website and the browser game it hosts. It is written to be read, not skimmed past, and it reflects how the site actually works rather than a template. In short: the game runs in your browser, your roster is saved on your own device, anonymous analytics measure traffic, and the only thing ever published to a public page is a lineup you choose to share.
The short version
- No account, no login and no email address is required to play.
- No personal data is sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
- Your saved roster lives in your browser's local storage, not on a server.
- Anonymous analytics count visits and page views — they do not identify you.
- Publishing a lineup shares only the roster and the record, and only when you choose to.
What is collected
All 22 Football collects anonymous, aggregated usage information. When you load a page, the analytics tools record that a page was viewed, roughly which region the request came from, the device type reported by your browser, and the referring source if one exists. None of this is linked to your name, your email or any other identifier, and none of it is used to build an advertising profile or to track you across other websites.
Google Analytics 4
The site runs Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation switched on and advertising features disabled. That means visit counts, page popularity and broad traffic patterns are measured, while the identifying portion of your address is masked before storage. Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google, and its handling of data is governed by Google's own privacy terms.
Self-hosted Plausible
A second, lightweight analytics script is served from click.pageview.click. It is configured without cookies and without cross-site tracking, and it records only page views and referring sources in aggregate. It exists so that traffic can be understood even when a browser or extension blocks the larger analytics platform. Like the rest of the site's measurement, it does not identify individuals.
Local storage and your saved roster
The roster builder saves your 22-slot board in your browser's local storage so that closing the tab or refreshing the page does not wipe your work. Local storage is a standard browser feature: the data stays on your device, is readable only by this site in your browser, and is never transmitted to a server. Deleting your browser's site data, clearing storage, or playing in a private window removes it. There is no account and no cloud backup, so nothing is recoverable once local storage is cleared.
Because there is no account system, there is no profile to delete and no password to reset. The only personal-adjacent choice in the whole game is whether to publish a finished lineup to the public wall.
The published lineup wall
When a board is finished, the game offers the option to publish it to a shared wall where other players can see what people are building. Publishing stores only two things: the 22 player names in their slots, and the final win-loss record for the season. It does not ask for a name, an email address or any identifier, and it does not create an account. If you publish a lineup and later want it removed, a request to contact@all22football.com will take it down.
Cookies and local storage notice
All 22 Football does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for marketing. The self-hosted analytics are configured to operate without cookies. The one piece of persistent browser storage used is the local storage entry that holds your saved roster, which exists only to make the game work and is entirely under your control from your browser's settings. Where a visitor's browser or region requires a cookie or storage notice, this policy and the site's behaviour together serve as that notice.
Your choices and data requests
You are in control of everything the site stores. Clearing your browser's site data removes your saved roster immediately. If you want to know what is held about you, request deletion of a published lineup, or raise any privacy question, email contact@all22football.com. Because the site holds no accounts and no personal records, most requests result in a simple confirmation that nothing personal is stored. Any published lineup you ask to have removed is deleted.
| What | Where it lives | How it is removed |
|---|---|---|
| Saved roster | Your browser's local storage | Clear site data in your browser settings |
| Anonymous page views | Analytics services, in aggregate | Blocked by your browser or an extension |
| Published lineup | The public lineup wall | Email contact@all22football.com to remove it |
| Account or email | Not collected at all | Nothing to remove |
Children's privacy
All 22 Football is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under the age of 13, nor is it designed to collect information from them. No personal information is requested from any player of any age: there is no registration, no email capture and no chat. Because the site collects only anonymous analytics and stores a roster in the visitor's own browser, it does not knowingly gather personal data from children. A parent or guardian with a question about a child's use of the site can email contact@all22football.com.
Data retention and security
The site keeps as little as possible. Aggregate analytics are retained by the analytics providers under their own policies, while the site itself holds no personal records to retain. Saved rosters persist only in the browser until you clear them. Because the site does not operate accounts or a database of users, there is no store of personal information to breach, which is the simplest form of security there is.
Changes to this policy
If the game changes in a way that affects privacy — for example, if a new feature ever stored something on a server — this page will be updated to describe it before or at the same time the change goes live. The policy reflects current practice, and the date on the page is the date it was last reviewed. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@all22football.com. The rules for using the game, including the fan-project notice, are set out in the terms of use.
