By opening All 22 Football or using any part of the game, you agree to these terms. They apply to the website, the roster builder, the draft modes, the daily challenge, the season simulator, the lineup wall and everything else hosted on the domain. If you do not agree with them, the straightforward option is not to use the site.
What you are being given
All 22 Football grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. That licence covers playing the game, building rosters and sharing your own results with others. It does not transfer any ownership: the code, the grading model, the simulation logic, the written content and the design of the site remain the property of the project, and the trademarks and characters referenced in the game belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
The game is meant to be played, not to serve as a platform for anything that would harm it or other people. When using All 22 Football you agree not to do the following.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape or otherwise disrupt the site, its analytics or its infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to decompile, resell or redistribute the game as your own product.
- Do not publish content to the lineup wall that is unlawful, abusive, hateful or that impersonates another person.
- Do not use automated scripts to generate or publish lineups in bulk.
- Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law or the rights of anyone else.
Because there is no account system, access is granted purely by the act of loading the site. Access can be revoked, and abusive behaviour can be blocked, without notice where necessary to protect the game and its visitors.
Fan project and trademark statement
All 22 Football is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or officially connected to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, or the National Football League. All character names, species names, team names, logos and trademarks referenced anywhere on the site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
The game uses publicly documented species attributes — base stats, typing, height and weight — to power a free strategy experience and claims no ownership over any of them. No partnership, sponsorship or approval is implied by their appearance. A rights holder with a concern should send a note to contact@all22football.com and it will be addressed promptly.
No warranty on simulation results
The roster builder, the position grades and the season simulator are a game. They produce entertainment, not truth. The site makes no warranty that any grade reflects a real player, that any simulated record predicts a real season, or that the model is accurate, complete or free of error. Simulated results include deliberate random variance, so the same 22 players can produce different records on different runs.
Nothing on All 22 Football is betting advice, gambling advice, financial advice or a forecast of any real event. Anyone relying on a simulated score for a real decision does so at their own risk. The site is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee that it will be online, uninterrupted or free of bugs.
User-published content licence
When you choose to publish a finished lineup to the wall, you allow the site to display it. Specifically, by publishing a lineup you grant All 22 Football a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store and display the 22 player names and the associated season record on the public wall and in related site features such as the shared-lineups section. This licence exists solely so the lineup can be shown to other players and is limited to that purpose.
You confirm that anything you publish does not infringe the rights of a third party and does not break the acceptable-use rules above. The licence you grant ends for any given lineup when that lineup is removed from the wall. Removal can be requested at any time by emailing contact@all22football.com, and the published lineup will be taken down. Because publishing requires no account, no personal details are stored alongside it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All 22 Football and the people who build it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or related to the use of, or the inability to use, the site or the game. This includes, without limitation, loss of data such as a cleared local-storage roster, loss arising from reliance on a simulated result, and any interruption in availability.
Because the game is provided free of charge and with no account or payment, no commercial relationship is created between you and the project, and no financial remedy attaches to the use of the site. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
Changes to the game and these terms
The game can change at any time. Modes can be added or removed, the grading model can be tuned, and these terms can be updated. When they change, the revised version applies from the date it is published, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. The rules here are written to match how the game actually works today, including its privacy practices, which are described in the privacy policy.
